Plant Engineer is published bimonthly and is distributed free of charge to members of the IPlantE (Institution of Plant Engineers) and BES (Bureau of Engineer Surveyors) Professional Sectors of SOE (the Society of Operations Engineers). A rotational circulation among non-members introduces the magazine, the SOE and its member benefits to an additional 4,600 readers on a free, three issue trial basis.
