Until 31 December 2011, Fluke is offering buyers of its 120 Series hand-held ScopeMeter a free Fluke SCC 120 Kit worth £330.

Fluke offers free kit with a troubleshooting instrumentThe handheld electronic test and measurement equipment giant explains that the free equipment comprises a carrying case, a USB optical interface cable and FlukeView ScopeMeter software, for documenting, storing and analysing readings.

Fluke's ScopeMeters are aimed at industrial troubleshooting and installation applications, combining an oscilloscope, a true-rms multimeter and paperless recorder.

Beyond its standard electronic measurement features, covering up to 40MHz bandwidth, depending on model, the 125 instrument includes industrial bus health check functionality that verifies electrical signal quality on all the major industrial plant buses, and measures power and the harmonic content of power signals.
