Energy technology firm t-mac Technologies has acquired electronics manufacturing firm FAW Electronics, with the company suggesting that it is now a one-stop-shop for energy management.

t mac Technologies acquires FAW Electronicst-mac director Lisa Gingell says that the purchase adds a team of design engineers able to provide for all electronic control requirements.

"We have worked with FAW Electronics since our launch to produce and deliver technical hardware products for our ever expanding client base, so this acquisition was the next logical step," explains Gingell.

And she adds: "By acquiring FAW Electronics, we have reduced the final link in our production chain. Now our cutting-edge products, which we provide for businesses worldwide, will be made from beginning to end by t-mac."

"This is a perfect partnership," comments Alan Wilkinson, managing director of FAW Electronics. "Having worked on the design and architecture of many t-mac products, we are pleased to be able to merge the processes under one established brand."
