Fluid power products distributor Beaumanor Engineering has opened a ParkerStore in Leicester, selling Parker Hannifin motion and control equipment.
 While maintaining its existing manufacturing and distribution role, covering equipment and services, Beaumanor Engineering is now increasing its focus on Parker hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
"Parker's impressive track record with the ParkerStore retail concept gave us the confidence to venture into this new area, augmenting our existing manufacture, supply and delivery business activities," explains Kevin Leonard, hydraulic business development manager.
And Beaumanor ParkerStore branch manager Paul Sunner adds: "We intend to provide a dedicated service, offering a wide range of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, seals and filtration products and components, as well as allied services.
"Parker has provided all the technical and product training, helping us design and set up our retail area, with branded point of sale, displays and shop fittings, plus on going marketing and sales support."
