Refrigeration and air conditioning contractor Cold Service Group has acquired Shrewsbury-based Central Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
 £3 million turnover Central provides refrigeration and HVAC services, maintenance and small scale equipment installation for the retail, commercial, leisure and industrial sectors across the West Midlands.
"We are delighted to announce the Central acquisition, which demonstrates our clear focus on a market-led approach to business," comments group managing director Andrew Baxendine.
"It will help us provide a local, personalised service to an extended geographical area, and build new customer relationships in the Midlands... Central has an excellent reputation and represents a great fit within the larger Cold Service Group."
