Two-wire Micro Motion Elite Coriolis mass flowmeters can now be applied to line sizes from 1/10in (DN2) to 6in (DN150), with flow rates of 2 kg/h to 545,500 kg/h.
 The extension is due to the availability of Emerson's loop-powered Model 2200S transmitter with the compact, drainable F-Series Coriolis flowmeters.
F-Series sensors deliver full measurement performance, without the temperature or viscosity limits, and are suitable for integral or extended mounting, even on applications involving long wiring runs or hazardous areas. There is also the option of a stainless steel housing for harsh environments.
The 2200S transmitter is intrinsically safe, is suitable for a range of process conditions and has C1D1, ATEX and Zone1 hazardous area approvals. It also delivers multivariable and diagnostic information via HART or IEC-approved WirelessHART communication.
