In a move designed to court process plant users, Rockwell Automation has introduced a range of 29 signal conditioners for isolating, converting and amplifying analogue signals in batch and continuous processes.
Called Bulletin 931, they covert a wide range of field device signals from into standard 4 to 20mA.
Many also have hazardous area approvals, including ATEX and UL Class 1, Div 2. Some modules also allow data transmission via the HART communication protocol.
