Plant Engineer’s circulation is fully ABC audited every year. The magazine is published bimonthly and distributed free of charge to 4,694 members of the IPlantE (Institution of Plant Engineers) and BES (Bureau of Engineer Surveyors) Professional Sectors of SOE (the Society of Operations Engineers). In addition, a rotational circulation among non-members introduces the magazine, the SOE and its member benefits to a further 5,192 readers on a free, three issue trial basis. The terms of control for the full 9,886 circulation ensures that Plant Engineer reaches only directors, managers, engineers and other personnel who directly control or perform the plant engineering, building maintenance or health and safety functions in manufacturing concerns and offices which have a plant engineering department of function.
